“بات کو غلط سائڈ پر مت لے کر جائیں حیدر! ذرا تسلی سے بس اتنی بات سوچیں کہ آپ میری برداشت کا اور کتنا امتحان لیں گے، اگر آپ میرے حوالے سے زرک کا ذکر بھی سننا نہیں چاہتے تو پھر۔۔۔۔”
“اپنی بات مت کرو بیچ میں زینیہ ! اور زرک کی تو بلکل نہیں۔”
وہ بھڑکا اور بے تحاشہ غصے میں آگیا تھا ، زینیہ کی آنکھوں میں اسی قدر طنز اُبھر آیا، یعنی حد تھی نازک مزاجی سامریت اور مطلق العنانی کی بھی۔
“کیوں بات نہ کروں میں اپنی بھلا ؟ اگر آپ عملاً یہ سب کچھ کر سکتے ہیں تو میں بات بھی کیوں نہیں کر سکتی ، اب بات ہوگی اور زرگ خان کی بھی ہوگی کہ۔۔۔۔”
اُس کی بات ادھوری رہ گئی تھی تو اس کی وجہ حیدر کا وہ زناٹے دار تھپڑ تھا جو اس کے لیے بلکل غیر متوقع ثابت ہوا تھا ، وہ اپنی جگہ سکتہ زدہ رہ گئی۔
