“سادہ سے ہی کپڑے رکھنا۔ہنی مون ٹور نہیں ہے یہ۔”کٹیلا سا لہجہ۔ “ہنی مون ٹور ہوتا تب بھی سادہ سے ہی رکھتی۔”وہ بدستور کپڑے طے کرتے ہوئے آرام سے کہتی موسیٰ کا ضبط آزماگئی۔ “تم منع بھی تو کرسکتی تھی امی کو۔”وہ اس پر جھنجھلایا۔ “تم نے کیا تو تھا میرے کہنے سے کیا فرق پڑتا۔”وہ اپنے مخصوص بےنیازانہ موڈ میں تھی۔وہی موڈ جس میں آکر وہ کبھی عیسی رضا کو جواب دیتی تو یہی موسی اس کی پشت تھپتھپاتا تھا۔ مگر آج اس کا موڈ اسے تپا گیا تھا۔ “اس سے کم از کم مجھ پر یہ بات واضح ہوجاتی کہ تمہیں میرے ساتھ ایسے ٹوورز پر جانے کی کوئی حسرت نہیں۔”وہ سلگ کر بولا۔ وہ بیگ کی زپ بند کرتے ہوئے سرسری سے انداز میں بولی۔ “ہو سکتا ہے مجھے کوئی اعتراض نہ ہو۔”اس کے الفاظ نے جادو سا اثر کیا۔خون کی گرم لہر موسی کے دماغ میں دوڑ اٹھی۔ اچھل کر بیڈ سے اترتے ہوئے وہ اس کے مقابل آگیا تو وہ جو بیگ بند کرکے سیدھی ہی ہوئی تھی سٹپٹاگئی۔ “یہی تو میں پوچھ رہا ہوں کہ تمہیں کیوں اعتراض نہیں۔؟”عجیب سا لہجہ اور اس سے بھی ذیادہ عجیب الفاظ اس قدر قریب وہ پہلی بار کھڑا ہوا تھا۔اتنے قریب کے اس کے کپڑوں سے اٹھتی اوبیشن کی خوشبو اس کے نتھنوں میں گھس رہی تھی۔موسی نے پہلی بار اس گھبرائی وحشت ذدہ آنکھوں کو قریب سے دیکھا تھا۔ “میں اس بندھن میں اپنی مرضی سے بندھی ہوں۔”اس کی قربت سے اگر وہ خائف بھی تھی تو اس نے موسی پہ واضح نہیں ہونے دیا تھا۔ “کیونکہ تم اس گھر سے جانا نہیں چاہتی تھی۔”وہ چند ثانیوں تک خاموش رہی اور اتنے عرصے تک موسی اپنا ضبط آزماتا رہا۔اس نے خفیف سی پلکیں اٹھا کر موسی کو دیکھا اور جب وہ بولی تو لہجہ لرزش لیے ہوئے تھے جو موسیٰ سے چھپی نہ رہ سکی۔ “ہاں یہ سچ ہے۔”
