“نہیں!!!” قطعیت بھرا جواب جھٹ سے موصول ہوا تھا۔ ضامن نے مایوسی کے سے انداز میں ہونٹوں کو اوہ کی شکل میں سکیڑا تھا۔
“کیوں؟” آدھی رات کو یوں کمرے کے باہر کھڑا وہ اس سے جرح کر رہا تھا اور اسے اس میں کوئی عار بھی محسوس نہیں ہو رہی تھی مگر مہر ماہ کو اب کوفت ہونے لگی تھی۔
“کیوں کہ یہ میرا کمرہ ہے۔۔۔” وہ چڑ رہی تھی ۔ آخر وہ چاہتا کیا تھا۔ انس کو دینے آیا تھا وہ لے چکی تھی تو اب جا کیوں نہیں رہا تھا۔”
اوکے۔۔۔ صحیح بات ہے یہ واقع ہی تمہارا کمرہ ہے۔۔” تائیدی انداز میں سر ہلایا گیا تھا۔ “تو پھر ایسا کرتے ہیں ہمارے کمرے میں چلتے ہیں وہاں بات کر لیتے ہیں۔۔ ” دوستانہ لہجے میں آفر کی گئی تھی کر دوسری طرف مہرماہ کو پتنگے لگ گئے تھے۔
“بالکل نہیں۔۔ وہ آپکا کمرہ ہے!!!” اس بار زیادہ قطعی پن سے کیا گیا تھا۔ ضامن کے ماتھے پر شکنوں کا جال سا بنتا چلا گیا۔
“سٹاپ اٹ مہر!!! تم میرے کمرے میں نہیں آسکتی میں تمہارے میں نہیں آسکتا تو بات کیسے ہوگی یار۔۔” وہ صحیح معنوں میں اس کی بچگانی باتوں پر تپ گیا تھا۔
“مجھے کوئی بات ہی نہیں کرنی آپ سے سنا آپ نے۔۔۔۔” انس کی چھیڑ چھاڑ سے اسکے بالوں پر کا دوپٹہ سرک چکا تھا۔ ان دونوں کی لاحاصل سی بحث کے برعکس وہ اب پرسکون لگتا تھا۔ ضامن نے ایک بھر پور نگاہ اس کے اوپر کی تھی جو ایک ہاتھ میں انس کو تھامے دوسرا مضبوطی سے دروازہ جکڑے کھڑی تھی۔ اگلے ہی لمحے وہ ایک ہاتھ سے اسے ذرا سائیڈ پر کرتا دوسرے کے دروازہ پرا دھکیل کر اندر ناصرف داخل ہو چکا تھا بلکہ کھٹ سے دروازہ بھی بند کر چکا تھا۔
